Purpose and Scope

This is a personal portfolio website. We only process data necessary for technical operation, security, and simple privacy‑friendly usage statistics.

What data is processed?

1) Visiting the website (technical necessity)

When you visit, standard connection data (e.g., date/time, requested URL, user agent, referrer if any, and IP address) may be logged by the hosting provider to deliver the site and defend against attacks. Such logs are automatically deleted after a short period.

2) Analytics (privacy‑friendly)

We collect minimal, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., page views per day and coarse location like country/region). IP addresses are not stored in the database, no tracking cookies are set, and no fingerprinting is used.

3) Contact via email

There is no contact form on the website. If you email us, your details (email address, content, metadata) are processed to handle your request.

Legal bases

Processing is based on legitimate interests (operation, security, and anonymous statistics) and on communication upon request. Legal obligations (e.g., IT security) may also require processing.

Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected service providers for hosting and data storage. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.

Retention

Technical logs at the hosting provider are automatically deleted after a short period.

Geo data (country/region) for usage statistics is retained for a maximum of 90 days and then deleted automatically.

For the long term, we retain daily totals only (number of visitors per day) with no additional attributes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification and deletion. Please contact us via the email address above.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. The current version on this page applies.
